In our continuing effort to better serve you, our players, NERO Massachusetts is proud to announce that we will no longer be charging yearly membership fees. In lieu of memberships, we have moved to a per event insurance surcharge that has been added into the cost of each event.
    In order to become a member of NERO Massachusetts in good standing, you must purchase or NPC one NERO Massachusetts event per year. This event must be purchased or NPC'ed on or before 1 January and must be used by the last event of the year in which it is purchased. Should you be unable to attend an event during that time period, you may request either a 50% refund of the event cost, or the application of an event blanket to one of your characters, but not both.
    Should you attend an event at a chapter other than NERO Massachusetts during the period when your NERO Massachusetts membership is active and be told that you do not have a valid membership at a NERO chapter, contact us immediately and we will confirm your membership status  ASAP. Should you be forced to purchase a membership in another chapter during the period when your NERO Massachusetts membership is still active, we will contact that chapter with your membership information and ask them to refund your money.
