A ROYAL PROCLAMATION - THIS IS A CALL TO ARMS! UNTO ALL OF THE LANDS & REALMS OF TYRRA, & UNTO ALL LIEGES, CLANS, VASSALS & WANDERERS OF GOOD INTENTIONS WHO ASPIRE TO THE RESCUE OF OUR LAND, & INDEED OF ALL LANDS UNDER THE HEAVENS, WHO WOULD JOIN WITH US TO PUT AN END TO THE MOST DIRE OF PERILS TO THREATEN OUR WORLD BE IT KNOWN That by Decree of His Royal Majesty, King Mykel Endarr II of Evendarr, Lord of all the Lands & of Its Several Peoples, Knight Protector of Ancestral Homelands, Marshal of the Armies, Lord High Admiral of the Navies, & c. in the Company of his Court & the Royal Army of Evendarr, & of his Loyal Vassals His Highness Sir Kevynn Blackfox, Prince of the Heart & of Northmarch, & His Grace Sir Adrick Voltan, Duke of Volta, & His Lordship Sir Darren Fendahl, Baron of Anym, in whose lands abide the lair of the Most Evil Creature known to the Folk of Evendarr & to the Realms & Lands Beyond Avalon as Tarlov y'Koharitan, Ghost-Hand, ma-Nazgul, & that together with our Many Friends & Allies from the Several Realms of Avalon & of Tyrra do Command, Seek & Abjure all Subjects, Allies & Friends to Gather in Bloodhawk Valley in the Barony of Anym, the Duchy of Volta to put a Final End to this Universal Threat to our Peace, Safety & Order on Friday the 7th Day of August, in the 598th Year of the Realm of Evendarr. All Persons are Commanded to Give Ear to this Decree & to Bring Word to Any & All who have not been Made Aware.
