What We're Looking for in a Campsite

Size:  

Spring through fall we need campsites that can comfortably and legally hold between 150 and 350 people in cabins, lodges, or other platform tents. 

In the winter, we need sites with winterized lodges and/or cabin sites which can comfortably sleep 100 to 150 people and which have at least one large building or room, which can hold 60-100 people as a dining facility.

Location: 

 Within 20 miles of Worcester County, ideally within 10-15 minutes of a major highway.

What We Provide
 

Open Communications:

NERO^® Massachusetts recognizes the need for open lines of communication between the campsite and game management.  As such, Rachel Morris, the owner of the game, will always be available to discuss any issues of concern.  Additionally, we request a pre- and post-rental walk-through with a campsite representative in order to ensure that all areas are left in as good or better shape than before we arrived.  We welcome the opportunity to discuss specific needs of the camp as terms of the rental agreement. 

Insurance:

NERO Massachusetts is fully insured through its International licensing headquarters.  A Certificate of Insurance can be provided to any campsite that so requests it, and camps can be added as Additionally Insureds.
